DouLove Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your access to and use of the Platform and forms part of the DouLove Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the DouLove Terms of Service (“Terms”), into which this AUP is incorporated by reference.
1. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the DouLove Terms. You may not misuse the Platform, use it in a manner that harms or infringes the rights of others, or assist or encourage others to do so.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.
2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use the Platform to:
2.1 Harm, Harassment, or Abuse
Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person; encourage or facilitate violence or self-harm; disclose another person’s private information for the purpose of harassment or harm; or engage in inappropriate or exploitative conduct involving minors.
2.2 Hate or Unlawful Discrimination
Promote or encourage violence, hatred, or unlawful discrimination against individuals or groups based on characteristics protected by applicable law.
2.3 Sexual Exploitation or Non-Consensual Content
Create, upload, share, distribute, solicit, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or other sexual exploitation of minors; facilitate human trafficking or sexual exploitation; share intimate or sexually explicit content without the consent of the person depicted; or solicit unlawful sexual services.
2.4 Fraud, Impersonation, or Misrepresentation
Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, or other deceptive practices; impersonate another person or organization; create false or misleading accounts; misrepresent your identity, qualifications, credentials, experience, services, affiliations, or other material information; or manipulate ratings, reviews, recommendations, or other features intended to reflect authentic User experiences.
2.5 Unlawful Activity
Offer, facilitate, promote, or engage in unlawful products, services, transactions, or other activity, or use the Platform to violate or evade applicable law.
2.6 Spam, Solicitation, and Misuse of User Information
Send spam or unauthorized bulk or repetitive communications; harvest, scrape, collect, or use information about other Users except as permitted through the Platform and in accordance with applicable law; or use information obtained through the Platform for unauthorized solicitation, marketing, harassment, or other purposes inconsistent with the DouLove Terms.
Nothing in this Section prohibits Users from consensually exchanging contact information or communicating, entering into agreements, arranging services, or making payments outside the Platform.
2.7 Privacy Violations
Improperly access, collect, disclose, distribute, or misuse another person’s personal, confidential, sensitive, or private information, including health information, private communications, financial information, contact information, or intimate imagery.
2.8 Platform and Security Abuse
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform; introduce malware or malicious code; circumvent access controls or security measures; gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information; use bots, scripts, or other automated means to create accounts, send communications, manipulate Platform functionality or activity, or access, scrape, or collect information from the Platform except as expressly authorized by DouLove; or reverse engineer the Platform except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
2.9 Circumvention of Enforcement
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any suspension, restriction, termination, access control, or other enforcement measure imposed by DouLove, including creating or using another account.
2.10 Intellectual Property and Other Rights
Post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use content that infringes or violates another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
2.11 Misuse of Reporting or Safety Features
Knowingly submit false or misleading reports; threaten or coerce another User through misuse of reporting or safety features; interfere with an investigation; or intentionally abuse or overwhelm reporting, support, or safety channels.
3. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
3.1 Medical and Professional Services
You may not use the Platform to provide, advertise, or represent yourself as authorized to provide medical, healthcare, or other services requiring professional licensure or other legal authorization unless you are legally authorized to do so and comply with all applicable requirements and limitations on your scope of practice.
The Platform is not a substitute for medical care or emergency services. If you have a medical question, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your applicable local emergency services.
3.2 Health and Other Sensitive Information
You may not improperly request, collect, disclose, or misuse another person’s health, pregnancy-related, or other sensitive personal information.
When sharing your own sensitive information through the Platform, you are responsible for determining what information you choose to share and with whom.
DouLove’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. PROVIDER CONDUCT
Providers must provide accurate and non-misleading information regarding their identity, services, experience, qualifications, credentials, certifications, training, geographic service area, and other material information they provide through the Platform.
Providers may not:
claim to hold a license, certification, qualification, or credential they do not hold;
misrepresent the status, scope, or significance of any credential or certification;
misrepresent their scope of practice or authority to provide particular services;
misrepresent the nature or scope of any verification performed by DouLove;
provide or offer services in violation of applicable professional, licensing, certification, or other legal requirements; or
make false or misleading claims regarding their services, qualifications, experience, or expected outcomes.
Providers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and requirements governing the services they offer or provide.
5. REVIEWS AND OTHER USER CONTENT
Reviews, ratings, comments, and other User Content must reflect genuine experiences, opinions, or information and may not be fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
You may not manipulate ratings or reviews; submit or arrange fake reviews; improperly incentivize reviews; impersonate another person in connection with a review; or use reviews, comments, or other User Content to harass, threaten, extort, or improperly pressure another person.
6. COMMUNICATIONS AND USER INTERACTIONS
You may not use Platform communications to spam, harass, threaten, pressure, deceive, exploit, or repeatedly contact another User after that User has indicated that further communication is unwanted.
Users are responsible for their interactions with one another, including decisions regarding communications, screening, engagement, services, agreements, fees, payments, and in-person meetings.
7. ENFORCEMENT
DouLove may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may take action as permitted under the Terms, including removing or restricting content or functionality and suspending, restricting, or terminating access to the Platform.
Where appropriate or required by applicable law or legal process, DouLove may preserve or disclose information, cooperate with governmental or law enforcement authorities, or take other appropriate action.
DouLove is not obligated to monitor all activity, communications, content, or conduct on the Platform and does not guarantee that it will detect or prevent every violation of this AUP.
8. REPORTING AND APPEALS
You may report suspected violations of this AUP through support@doulove.com.
If DouLove takes enforcement action against your account, you may contact support@doulove.com to request review of the decision where review is available. Any review or appeal will be handled in accordance with applicable law and DouLove’s then-current procedures.
9. CHANGES TO THIS AUP
We may update this AUP as described in the Terms of Service.
